Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days, excluding holidays. Please note that this timeframe may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Upon shipment, you will receive an additional email containing tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery. We strive to ensure the safe delivery of your order. However, once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for any items lost during the delivery process. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ITEM I ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK?
All items listed on our website are subject to availability. While typically, if an item appears on our website, it is ready for ordering, there are occasions, particularly during high-demand periods, where our stock may not meet the demand. In such cases, we may be unable to fulfill your order. If this situation arises, we will promptly inform you and either offer alternatives or issue a refund
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You will be sent an order confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. Furthermore, a shipping confirmation email will be dispatched once your order has been sent out for delivery. This confirmation will contain the tracking number for your package, which will be provided once the order has been shipped.
